So a local company here in town is using PayPal services to collect payments. Was for a sew machine manual they claimed they would give me the link to download asap when they received payment. Also on site, they said don't dally because link is only good for a day or two.
Problem is they NEVER sent me the link. I emailed them and NO response. Help?
