Does anyone else have difficulties in communicating with customer service to upload documents for account limitation? Customer service send links and emails to reply and upload my documents but non of them work. I can’t get any help!
I know chat (in message center) is working as I got on just to see if I can still chat with live person. I also see the paperclip icon next to text box so at least on the surface you should be able to upload files that way. I suggest you try again.
The response time in chat varies, based on my experience, from minutes to hours, so have to be patient getting to somebody.
