So I ordered an item in November and it was damaged on one side. It is made for both sides of a car. $39.68 was the total. I tried to get a refund but they didn't accept. PayPal stepped in and I requested $20 back and got it. Fast forward to today and my mother gets an email from a collections company regarding this purchase for the full amount. Any ideas an What I should do?
