Collecting for lottery syndicate

Hello everyone. 

I received what appears to be an automated message regarding my potential violation of PayPal's T&Cs.

I run a lottery syndicate for where I work and pre-lockdown people just paid me in real money, it was a simpler time. However since lockdown being dispersed as we are, people have been sending me their money via PayPal on the basis that that's about all we can do at the moment.

Surely there is a distinction between using PP to run a lottery and just collecting money from people in an established syndicate?

Tried to get live chat to specifically tell me if i'm in violation or not, but they wont.

Did you get any updates on this, same thing just happened to me. Paypal has frozen €60 of my work mates money. Six work mates paid a €10 into a money pool I just created. You can clearly see I've paid €10 to the same people in previous months. I've never paid money from paypal into a casino or gaming company or lotto company.
