Coachella delays

We had purchased this camping for Coachella and then COVID-19 hit. As a result the eBay seller has disappeared with my funds.  Opening a case on eBay says go to PayPal.  We are now just a few days over 180 days,  please advise.

You only have ''up to'' 180 days to open a dispute, after that you sadly have no buyer protection and can't raise a dispute.
