I struggle to understand why I can't close my account will I have limitations. I have had my account sense 2013 and have never used it. I don't want to use it so why do I need to resolve the issues before closing the account? I don't want to provide a bank statement because I don't have a back attached to the PayPal plus if I'm just going to close the accountwhy would they need that infomation. Customer service won't give me an answer.
