Closing account & withdrawing money

Hiya, need to close my PayPal account as I’m under 18 and that goes against user agreement (Mistake setting it up I know) but have nearly £200 in it which I need! Because I can’t prove my age I have account limitations which means I can’t withdraw money to my personal bank account even though I’ve done this in the past. Does anyone know how I can get these limitations lifted, withdraw the money and then close my account?

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will be subject to sending and receiving limits.

When you reach those limits you will be unable to verify your account so your account would be locked for further use.
Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you won’t have any recourse to get your money back.
