I have a Pay-pl account that has had no activity for over 5 years and has $0.00. It won;''t let me close becuse there is a limitation. The limitation is Pay-Pal has locked the account. Pay-Pal assistant is uselss it just runs trhu the same questions and ends up with the same answer: you can't close it because of a limitation. "Help" with limitation just leads to "Ypou can't close it"
Talk about catch-22. Are there any human beings at pay-pal
