Closed disputes

Hi I placed an order with a seller in June. Item wasn't received so I opened a dispute in August. The replied saying it was delayed due to Covid so I took pity and closed the dispute. It's now over 6 months on and I still haven't received my goods and the seller refuses to reply to my communications. Does anyone know what I can do? Many thanks 😊

Sadly nothing as you are only allowed to open x1 dispute per transaction.

What may have been better would have been to have got a refund and then if the item turned up pay again?
