Paypal closed my case last September 4, 2020. I was not able to escalate my case and apply for the Payment Protection. My case is still not solved, meaning I still have not received my item for 2 months now. I communicated with Seller, through Paypal dispute communications, to cancel and issue me a refund but instead refused and promised that they will still send it and that I will just have to wait. I fear that I have been scammed. I sent a message personally to Seller's email address for followup but gmail says Seller's email "address could not be found". Please help. Thank you
