I ordered a Nintendo switch and paid via PayPal, then realized it was probably a scam when I saw the company name was a string of Mandarin and there was no phone number and the only email address was seemingly random, so I put in a dispute which was quickly closed as "not an unauthorized transaction". Since then, I received a cheap plastic handle in the mail with the tracking number matching what they said was a Nintendo Switch, and I have emailed the company multiple with no response. The website offers no way to escalate, I cannot put in another dispute since there is already a closed one, the woman from customer service I chatted with online told me I only had 10 days to update the dispute then disconnected the chat without helping, then when I finally thought I reached someone on the phone the system said "there is nobody available to help" and hung up on me. Any ideas? I am out over $300 but PayPal is not offering me any options to follow up.
