He's anyone out there received an email from PayPal stating that they could no longer use paypalservices and that your remaining balance would be held for 180 days then PayPal would then instructed u on how to gain access to your money?
Yup, right here and they are holding $25k on my account which is almost a 10 year old account. Never had a problem and always resolve my dispute immediately. Closing accounts with out any proof of risk 😡
