So I never received an item - the item took over three months and we moved. Although I spoke to the people who moved in my house often and they saved packages for me but did not receive a rug - not an easy thing to not notice. I filed a claim and because shipper provided a number that says it was deliver they are not ruling in my favor. I have asked multiple time who the shipper was and no one will ever answer me - anything you can do once a dispute is closed. It is complete BS> this will be my last transaction with PayPal for sure.
