Close my account

I have just tried to open an account to be instantly blocked from doing anything on it because of suspicious activity on my account. My account shows no activity. I am giving up on PayPal and want to close my account, but I am being informed that I am blocked from that too. How can I close my account?

Sadly you can't close a limited account without sorting any issues first.

Did you have a ban on a previous account that would have resulted in this?
