I have an open dispute and the person wants to do a proper refund.
Is there a way I can close or resolve the dispute so they can do that?
I do not see an option to do so.

Hi @Sckeptyk,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
If you have opened a dispute, I would highly recommend not closing it if the seller has asked you to do so. This is because once you deliberately decide to close a dispute, you would not be able to open it again. For this reason, if you close the case and the refund is not issued, we would not be able to cover you.
I hope this helps.
Martina
