Is there a way to contact a live person to close my account. I disputed a fraudulent transaction from Lyft and they denied the claim without an investigation. I tried to close the account and they said that my account cannot be closed!?! They keep disconnecting my call when I attempt to call customer service. How do I get out of this deadly loop?
