Hi, I too have been scammed it seems by this company with all excuses but no delivery of products and bogus tracking numbers!
I argued about the extra shipping costs applied to my payment and received a refund for this amount.. I'm shocked too! £11.40 but after all relays of emails to a "so called " Sally promising to check with logistics etc I still didn't receive my goods.
My question is , If I paid with Paypal and also received a partial refund from this company , will I be able to get Paypal to authorise the rest of my refund payment ?
