Claiming my money

I have a dispute regarding a payment of £335 which was sent as a payment and was sent to someone else with the same name even though I put in th right email in PayPal and using PayPal to pay a Neil care, it was sent to another Neil care who now has admitted he received the money, I’ve asked for it back and he said he can’t as there’s a dispute with PayPal, I want my money back and feel it’s taken to long and haven’t heard from PayPal yet, Regards <Removed>

2. Which dispute have you opened?

3. How did you pay ie which paypal option?

4. How did you fund the paypal payment ie funding source?
