Claiming a refund after account is permanently limited!?
Hello PayPal community, i have recently came to a deadlock with PayPal and they have decided to permanently limit my account due to what ever user agreement they believe i have breached. My only concern is that prior to this i had 3 separate cases open for dispute as a buyer because i was scammed by 3 different sellers (i purchased items and they failed to send) for a large sum of money exceeding £600.
My question is, are these cases now irrelevant to PayPal or can they still be further disputed? It seems a shame for PayPal to not only lock my account/funds but also for me to then lose out on a large sum of money to a fake seller. This has came as a great hit to me and unfortunately PayPal customer support does not seem to provide a reply never mind an answer.
