Made a claim on the 20th of June about someone not sending an item I purchased on Grailed. I've since gotten no response from either Paypal or the Seller and it's been 14 days since. I'm not even sure what I can do at this point. Thank you

Lots of posts on the same issue in the last few days.
Seems to be a delay on reviewing claims.
You can either wait it out or contact customer services for an update.
Advice is voluntary.
