Claim overtimed by Paypal

Have a some problems with my claims.
Paypal write something like this:
"The seller has been asked to respond by 2 Jul 2018. Once we receive the information, we'll continue our review of this case."
Paypal declare next rule: "if the seller doesn't respond within 10 days, we close the case and restore funds to the rightful owners".
Today is 9 jul 2018, and nothing happens with my case. In history I see a something like this:
- 29 Jun 2018 - PayPal: Email sent to seller
- 22 Jun 2018 - PayPal: Email sent to seller
and thats it...
What I need to do for solve this case faster?

Lots of posts on the same issue in the last few days.
Seems to be a delay on reviewing claims.
You can either wait it out or contact customer services for an update.
Advice is voluntary.
