I've got a claim and the seller had until the 2nd of July to respond and they haven't what happens next it's been 7 days and not heard anything from paypal
Lots of posts on the same issue in the last few days.
Seems to be a delay on reviewing claims.
You can either wait it out or contact customer services for an update.
Normally paypal review / refund within 48 hours of the deadline being reached BUT I think they are bogged down in claims at the moment due to the ZG Technology debacle
