Claim help

I've got a claim and the seller had until the 2nd of July to respond and they haven't what happens next it's been 7 days and not heard anything from paypal

Lots of posts on the same issue in the last few days.

Seems to be a delay on reviewing claims.

You can either wait it out or contact customer services for an update.

Thanks for the reply hopefully it's sorted soon still no word from them ,,1st time I've got a claim on PayPal how long does it normally take?

Normally paypal review / refund within 48 hours of the deadline being reached BUT I think they are bogged down in claims at the moment due to the ZG Technology debacle   Smiley Frustrated
