I bought a protein powder supplement from a local merchant on May 18th, and till now I haven't received it. I disputed this to PayPal on June 18th, because after an entire month, there was no sense in waiting any longer.
Long story short, I escalated to a Claim on June 30th, and the due date was July 10th, and so far the seller hasn't responded, and neither did PayPal.
I tried calling PayPal, however international calls fees are outrageous given the region I'm calling from.
Any ideas??? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is for anyone who faces the same problem, PayPal eventually settled the claim to my favor, like someone mentioned here in the community Resolution Center dates are estimates.
You could maybe hasten things up by giving them a call, or reaching out on FaceBook or Twitter (although I doubt their social media pages works as customer services provider)
