Claim for return not refunded

Hi there. I have returned items to a shop using their prepaid returns label. I have proof of postage, but not of delivery (apparently on home shopping returns Hermes does not track actual delivery, just says ‘being returned to your retailer’ as their final tracking). This was a long time ago, have received no refund and shop not responding. Am I able to open a dispute on paypal and get my money back? Or can you only do this with proof of delivery to the shop? Or will proof of the return being accepted by Hermes suffice? Thank you!
