Hi,
I was informed today my claim for a refund for an item purchased from She Swish was denied as the item was materially similar to what was described. My issue is paypal never asked me this or asked for any pictures etc. I raised a claim stating it was very poor quality and not fit for purpose (it was supposed to be a support bra but was so flimsy it was more like a bikini top with very poor stitching etc). It wasnt overly cheap either at $21.
Is there an option to ask for a review? I tried the chat but it keep disconnecting.
