Had a customer pay 50% deposit for custom shirts. In his PayPal he said he would pay the balance on the 15th. Shirts were ready on the 13th. Once he got the shipping cost he wanted to cancel the order. I offered to ship for free once he paid the balance. He then opened a dispute that he didnt receive the order but he hasnt paid the balance. I have paid for the shirts paid for the printing. What can I do?

If it was a 'custom made' item then contact customer services and tell them that as buyer protection does not cover custom made items.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

OR
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
