I ordered two items from China in December..I did not receive said items in January, so i sent a message as i could see my items were held in a warehouse for some time. Later in the month i made contact again to be then told items have been delivered.....to the wrong address, so they would resend. I still never received the items so contacted Paypal....My claim dismissed because the seller say 's they have been delivered? Yes all the tracking details show i have had the items....I have checked with the Royal Mail with the tracking no given...They say the tracking no does not match my address where the items were delivered! (despite Paypal having my correct address) So i have lost £40+ and Paypal dismissing my claim....
