Claim dispute issue for seller

I sold an item on ebay, with the description of the item and pictures of the item accurately representing the item that was sold. When the buyer received it, they asked me through ebay for a refund, which was stated that the seller does not do.
They claimed it was inauthentic, and once I provided receipt of original purchase, verifying it's authenticity, they took the dispute to paypal, in what seems to be an attempt at a scam.
My worry is that despite proper evidence in my defense, the decision will go in favour of the buyer, as there is not much in terms of seller protection.
Does anyone have suggestions on what more I can do to reaffirm my case? I am worried I am in danger of losing the item as well as the money, and essentially left empty handed.
