Hi All - I bought 15% Sodium chloride for clearing patio from black mould and algae..from a useless company called thepoolcleaners..i Have brought this product from ebay sellers and have been great but this website sold crap and yellow water in name of the product. The customer service later on I found out is non-existent. When I disputed the payment on PayPal, I have lost the claim stating that the the material is not materially different from advertised, in spite of me showing photos of difference between the ebay product and this seller product. Can anyone advise me what are my options: The product is very poor I have requested company several times on email to collect the product back and I am even happy to pay the return postage, Yet my claim is denied.
