I received an email from paypal saying my claim has been denied for not providing tracking information. I DID PROVIDE TRACKING. Paypal even sent me an email thanking me for providing said tracking. They said when the seller receives the product I will get a refund and $30 of the $34.46 it cost to shop back to the seller. Tracking tells me that the product is halfway to it's destination (which has taken 22 days so far). I cannot seem to contact Paypal to either get this case reopened or start a new case. Thank you for any advice.

You did everything PP asked, can't understand why the case suddenly closed, perhaps expiration date arrived before package got delivered. In any case, contact customer service (chat in message center sems to be the only way) and talk to live person and explain.
