Claim denied because if bad communication for paypal

I want my claim reinstated as the things you say you never received...you never asked for. I have every bit if proof necessary to prove the seller was a scam and I emailed to ask where to send this proof as you said not to send through email. I didnt get a response so I waited and now you just denied my claim for no reason. I'm so annoyed. I want my claim reinstated and for PayPal to work on their communication in these sensitive areas. I actually cannot believe ye had the cheek to deny my genuine claim without giving me proper help.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
