Just received this message from Paypal. Does this mean that if we sold a Gucci shirt but packed a cheap cotton shirt instead, we would be allowed to get away with it? Even though the price might differ by a couple of hundred dollars? At this point, I am unable to do anything after being scammed as Paypal has helped the seller to get away with it. What are your thoughts?
