Claim and dispute and escalating it to PayPal! Help asap please!

Hi all. I opened case last week against a seller who hasn't sent some items of clothing I've paid for. I have messaged the seller twice through PayPal through my opened case but they haven't replied to me. As of today 27th of June I can escalate my dispute to PayPal. Once I go to the resolution centre page and select view open case so I can escalate it to PayPal it only gives me the option to contact the seller which I've done twice! But PayPal have said if I don't get a response from the seller by today I can escalate it but it doesn't give me the option anywhere to do so. I'm really struggling to sort this out. I only have 20 days from the day i opened my claim to escalate it and it's already been a week! any help or advice please?
