In April this year I had sold my camera a canon g7X ii on eBay and the money was paid through by the seller onto PayPal and it was £320, I sent the camera through my hermes and everything went smoothly until the tracking said delivered however the buyer said that they hadn’t received it. Later after month or two of contacting hermes they sent the driver to the buyers house and said that he signed for it and left it in the porch. So the package is now long long lost and I am out of £320, is there anyway I can open a claim through PayPal against hermes as the money was from eBay which was from the buyer and not hermes if that makes sense?
