I recently bought an item through a website that uses PayPal for buyer protection. The item was faulty, I’ve returned it and have now been ghosted by the seller! I have proof it was delivered back. How do I start a claim for a refund under the buyer protection? Every time I try it asks me which transaction I want to highlight - but it wasn’t on my account (it was through the 1/3rd party site). Very confused and currently out of pocket.
