Hello all,
Today, I escalated my dispute to a claim. In an email recently telling me that they've contacted the seller and are waiting for a response, PayPal stated, "The seller is expected to respond with the requested information before May 10, 2020." I have been told from the community that if the seller does not respond to the claim in 10 days, the claim will close in my favor. Does this still apply to my claim/situation? It seems to me as if PayPal is giving the seller more time... What are the rules to the process?
Thanks!

10 days is the average but if paypal are inundated with disputes OR short of staff as they are at the moment OR if the transaction is an international one then more time is given.
