Purchased via eBay;
items stopped working;
contacted seller via eBay - for months, was promised replacements - they never showed up;
contacted eBay to step in "+30days deadline = no claim. Claim via Paypal";
Claimed via Paypal, opened the case, general info (thought they would come back asking more question).
eMail 30 seconds later "Claim Denied - +180 days deadline" .....
SO, the promise from eBay to let Paypal know the full story, dates when the conversation started with seller (months a go!!). In reality eBay's fault is has passed 180 days, previous contact suggested chatting with seller to resolve the problem, which I did for months.
How do I appeal agaist the denied claim, please??
