Bought four chairs on line (paid by PayPal) from a company who turned out to be Chinese owned. Received two useless bags and no chairs. After 4 months PayPal hav resolved the issue - I have been told will receive full refund if I return the useless bags to China. They are on a win win situation. If they don’t give confirmation they have received the bags - and why should they - I don’t get the full refund. How much will it cost me o return items to China - I lose - costs me the postage and they say they haven’t received the item. Why should they - they have been dishonest from the beginning - one big scam.
