Chinese frauds

These companies use legit items for their advertising and assure returns and customers service. The buyer trusts Pay Pal for payment. It then takes weeks to receive the product and the product is not the one advertised, but it is a cheap knock off, often totally worthless.  I dispute is then filed followed by the seller offering a small refund so the purchaser can avoid sending back and incurring shipping costs.  When this is rejected, the offer goes from $3 to $5, then to $7. Meanwhile there is no way to alert Pay Pal that this is going on.  The seller refused to send a return address, Pay Pal does not know what is going on,  the clock is ticking and the seller is frustrated.  These practices are well know, Pay Pal should not participate in the initial purchases from these fraudulent companies.

I still cannot add information to my dispute, no way to on Pay Pal
