Chinese company

I ordered vans online and it didn’t have a name in Chinese but my paypal receipt is to a Chinese company. Ordered and paid March 14th with paypal. When I look at PayPal transactions there isn’t one I have the receipt. Don’t know who to contact. Customer service at paypal closed for covid19 someone please help. I also emailed the merchant no response

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

If the transaction is not showing in your Activity page in your PayPal account then it is possible that you made a "Guest" checkout. This type of payment does not come with PayPal Purchase Protection.

However, you may want to contact your bank or your card issuer for them to discuss some options available.
