I ordered an item and never received it even though they quickly took payment from my paypal account. Will paypal reimburse for this bogus company.

SCAM ALERT>   I never use paypal and NEVER order online and here is what I get? LOL

Never received the boots I ordered a month ago but they sure got paid asap....I demand a refund and WHY IS PAYPAL doing business with them?  I should have looked for reviews, but thought paypal screened sellers better.  I want my money back and need help too!
