Chase closed no refund received

I have a issue with a purchase.i ordered a gas hob @£118. Received a child's easel.went through pay Pal .I didn't know I had to escalate the chase so pay Pal closed my case with no refund.

If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then maybe consider a chargeback?
