I made an online purchase from a chain store with my PayPal balance. I was looking at the emails from PayPal and the company and the totals don't match. Do I contact the company? Are they able to fix things or do I file a dispute?

Welcome to our Community Forums! Normally we do recommend reaching out to the merchant first. If you're unable to resolve the matter with our merchant, you can file a dispute on the transaction with us. Here's how: How do I report a billing issue?
