I had a subscription to Medium for a monthly fee of $4.99 ($5.20 after tax), and today I was charged again, which caused my bank account to overdraft and I was charged $28+ in fees. I've tried contacting Paypal, but I'd have an easier time getting through to Putin at the Kremlin. 😄
I called iTunes who could see that I indeed cancelled my Medium account. This is a fiasco. Any ideas? TIA!
