I made 1 purchase at crate and barrel on January 5. I used a synovis debit card linked to one bank account via PayPal to pay for the item, $58. I have more than 1 bank account linked to PayPal and PayPal charged the synovis debit card that I used to pay for the transaction FOUR times and then charged my other bank account (bank of America visa) that I use for my main funding source for PayPal one more time...so now I’ve been charged 5 times! Crate and barrel received 1 payment. It looks like the 4 charges on the synovis are pending but that’s the method I actually used to pay for the item. I did not use my visa debit card but it charged me there too!! So to be less confusing, it charged me 4 times on the actual card I paid for the item with which all seem to be pending and then 1 more time on my main PayPal funding source which does not say pending.
