Chargebacking issue

Hello, so I've recently bought an item online that wasn't quite what I expected it to be. I tried opening a dispute where I said I sent it to the wrong mail so I could get my money back. It got denied so how would I get my money back?

You can open a dispute for item not recieved OR item received but not as described OR unauthorised OR billing issues so which did you select and why?
