Hello, I wanted to make a dispute about not receiving my goods, PayPal took it as fraud which is not what I said and have issued a chargeback to seller, how can this be stopped so we can continue transaction, I thought asking for PayPal’s help would mean they would get in contact with seller, not class it as fraud !! I want to stop chargeback how do I do this ?

Good day @Woowoo2

I am sorry for the confussion but I can help you get this straightened out.

If this case is not showing in your PayPal account, then it is potentially being handled by your bank. If that was the case, please contact your financial institution to cancel.

Important: Once you close your case, it can no longer be re-opened.
