Hello, I wanted to make a dispute about not receiving my goods, PayPal took it as fraud which is not what I said and have issued a chargeback to seller, how can this be stopped so we can continue transaction, I thought asking for PayPal’s help would mean they would get in contact with seller, not class it as fraud !! I want to stop chargeback how do I do this ?
