So I got a charge back of around 29 $ .

Some facts about my paypal.

I use to run a drop shipping store till march/April.

I had a refund policy of 30 Days.

I don't run the store anymore because of various reasons.

The products the customer ordered has been received by the customer.

The product was purchased in Feb.

Now one of the customers have charged me back for 29$ of which they made a purchase in February with a reason saying ' unauthorized transaction'.

I tried providing the details to paypal but paypal is supporting the customer. How can one make a transaction receive their goods and still do a refund.

An unauthorised transaction means that an account holders Paypal account was hacked and used without their consent by your ?buyer.
If Paypal check IP addresses etc and find in favour of the account holder then of course they are reimbursed.

However you would not lose out either as long as you met ALL the requirements of seller protection, so your best bet is to go and read up on it to make sure you were covered.....you may not be if the transaction was virtual or digital etc.
