H all
I need some clarity on a point of 'Funds Now'. I had a chargeback put on my account which I know has been resolved as I have been in constant contact with the card holder...well in my case summary (oh, no money back in my account yet) this has appeared:
You’ve got Funds Now, so £492.36 GBP from 1 open case is in your available balance—even while you resolve open cases with your buyers. Learn more
So, I have been in the 'Funds now' system since October 2018, I read the above to mean the amount that has been in chargeback is still available to me...but it is not in my account ????
So any help would be great.
thanks in advance
Steve
